Type Locality: “Nevada: Elko County; Pleasant Valley, Nevada State Route 227, 3.7-4.0 miles west of Lamoille Canyon Road, 1719m, T33N R57E S21 on USGS Lee, Nev. 15' quadrangle. The area is a wet grassy meadow along a stream lined with willow”

Types: Holotype in MGCL.
