Types: Lectotype in USNM, designated by J. Emmel et al. (1998), Syst. W. N. Am. Butts. (2): 15, figs. 78 ♂ D, 79 ♂ V. Male genitalia of this specimen figured by R. Williams (1918), Entomol. News 29(3): pl. 4.
