Type Locality: “Cass County, Michigan...upland dry meadows, about ten miles from the Indiana line”

Types: Type(s) apparently lost; figured by [Skinner] (1892), Entomol. News 3(3): 49, pl. 2, figs. ♂ D, 12 ♀ V.
